Tareg /tˤaː.riq/ has lived in America, Europe, and Saudi Arabia, and in each place he has taken on a new chapter of himself. Born and raised in Hejaz, a place where pilgrims traveled for centuries seeking spiritual transformation, he was introduced early in life to the idea of sacred space and the people who seek it. He has been an educator, an entrepreneur, a farmer, a father, a writer, and a traveler. Today he serves as a mindfulness coach and psychedelic guide. Each of these lives has taught him something different about people, patience, and the passing of time. Through it all, he has remained a witness to the beauty that is eternity, attentive to the quiet moments where the ordinary opens into something sacred.

At heart, Tareg is a seeker, and he honors the seeker within everyone he meets. He creates sacred experiences for fellow seekers, centered on intentional inquiry, daily meditation practices, healing, and personal transformation.
